Enhancements

Extended Graphus Reporting Window

The default date range for Graphus Executive Summary reports is now 90 days (previously 1 day). This change provides a more accurate overview of email threat trends and is reflected across both QBR and Meeting reports. Deep links remain unchanged.

Backup Dashboard in myITprocess Updates

Datto File Protection and Datto BCDR are now integrated into the Unified Backup Dashboard. This update expands visibility into backup performance across more Kaseya solutions, giving MSPs a clearer, centralized view of their clients’ data protection status.

Category	Description
Dell Warranty	Resolved an issue where Alienware devices showed incorrect warranty expiration dates when pulling data from RMM. The system now correctly references the serial number from IT Glue when set.
Strategic Report	Fixed an issue where Strategic Reports appeared empty when added to a QBR. The system now properly returns relevant recommendations instead of a No Data message.
