IT Glue Sync Settings

IT Glue Sync Settings allows you to set parameters for the configurations that appear in myITprocess and sync back to IT Glue.

Account Sync Settings

  1. Go to your account and select Account settings > Integrations tab.

  2. Under the IT Glue Connection, click Sync Settings.


Here you can set a configuration status that you want to bring in to myITprocess as well as define which specific types of configurations to show. By default, archived configurations are excluded from the sync, but you can change in on this page.

Device Expiration Auto-Documentation to IT Glue

This integration will enable myITprocess to automatically sync expiration dates for a range of hardware assets, such as servers, switches, firewalls, access points, and workstations back to IT Glue. Devices in IT Glue with no status can also be included in your warranty sync with myITprocess. Get a complete picture of your hardware, even if the status was not set in IT Glue. Just enable the option that is depicted in the below image to pull in devices with no status. This helps make sure your warranty data is as complete and accurate as possible, even when IT Glue entries are incomplete.

When enabled, Warranty Expiration and End-of-Life dates will appear on the Configurations page.

NOTE  If you make any changes, click the Save button. The system will alert you if you make changes and attempt to navigate to a different tab or page if you have not saved your changes.
