How can I edit a completed review?

ISSUE

I have submitted a review but I would like to reopen it to make changes to the Engineer and/or vCIO answers.

SOLUTION

Note: Editing a review will update the submission date.  This will affect reports showing when a review was completed.

  1. Go to Alignment on the menu bar
  2. From the filters on the left-hand side select All Reviews from the drop-down
  3. On the right-hand side set the filter to show only Completed reviews
  4. Hover over the review you want to edit and click the Details link
  5. In the Review Details pane, click the three-dot menu in the upper right and select Edit review details.
  6. Change the status to either vCIO In Progress or Engineer In Progress
