How do I remove items from the Standards library?
Introduction
You can remove items from the Standards Library from different levels. If you select the top most level, that item plus all subitems under that level will be included. If you select items at the next level, that item plus all subitems under that level will be included. This format holds good when you select items at any level. To remove items from the Standards Library, you can use the Archive option. Once you archive an item, it disappears from the view. However, you can restore an archived item. To learn how to restore an archived item, see How can I restore an archived standard in my standards library?
Steps
- In the Standards Library, click the checkbox next to the arrow to select a section/category/question that you want to remove.
- Click Archive on the top left of the page. The items are removed. They are not visible in the Standards Library anymore.
You can also perform this process in bulk as well.
- Click to select the checkbox next to the top most section you want to remove. The checkbox of the items underneath that top level item will also be highlighted. (See the image above.)
- Select all such checkboxes of the items you wish to archive. Any items nested under the archived item will also be archived. If you archive a category, all of its questions will be archived as well. So on and so forth.
- Click Archive on the top left of the page. The items are removed.
