How do I set the currency in the Strategic Roadmap?

The Currency field in your myITprocess account's profile settings allows you to select a currency format to apply to the entire account, including the Strategic Roadmap. Refer to Currency in Configuring global account date, time, and currency settings.

If an option is not selected in the profile settings, the currency format from browser settings is used by default. In this case, to ensure the correct currency and formatting appear, make sure your preferred language is listed first in your browser’s language settings, as described in the following sections.

Google Chrome

  1. From the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the Google Chrome window, select Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Languages.
  3. In the Preferred languages section, add your desired language if it is not already listed.
  4. NOTE  The setting This language is used when translating pages does not affect the currency setting in myITprocess.

  5. From the three-dot menu next to the desired language, select Move to the top to move it to the top of the list, if needed.
  6. Restart Chrome if prompted.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. From the three-line menu, select Settings (or Options, depending on your version).
  2. Scroll to the Language section.
  3. Click Choose.
  4. Ensure your preferred language is listed first by selecting it and clicking Move up as needed.
  5. Click OK.
