myITprocess 6.5.16.0 release notes: September 29, 2026

This release includes a new feature, enhancements, security improvements, and bug fixes.

New feature

Fortinet warranty lookup integration

myITprocess now supports Fortinet warranty and lifecycle data, allowing IT Provider Admins to connect their Fortinet accounts and automatically retrieve device records with warranty coverage, support contract details, end-of-life, and end-of-renewal information. Fortinet assets are matched to existing IT Glue configurations by serial number for deduplication and data enrichment, giving vCIOs a centralized view of device lifecycle data alongside other supported hardware vendors. Fortinet warranty information is also available in device details, reports, and exports for improved lifecycle planning and client reporting.

Enhancements

• The UK Cyber Essentials v3.3 standard has been added to myITemplates. Partners can import the latest UK Cyber Essentials framework into their Standards Library and use it in organization templates and alignment reviews. Refer to UK Cyber Essentials v3.3 in Using myITemplates.
• Improvements have been made to the platform's logging and monitoring mechanisms to better protect sensitive information.
• The model responsible for processing asset suggestions has been enhanced to more accurately surface qualifying hardware assets for the Workstation Age and Warranty alignment review question.

Fixes

• In the Assets pane in alignment review questions, an issue that caused removed linked assets to reappear when asset suggestions were still loading has been fixed.
• An issue that caused Alignment Reports and Progress Reports to fail to generate in certain browser language configurations has been fixed.
