This release focuses on important enhancements to the Executive Summary report, other enhancements, and some fixes.

Integrated Executive Summary reporting

Introducing date ranges

To tailor the report to the client's reporting cadence or business cycle, you can select a custom date range (a start date and an end date of your choice) within the 90-day range of data available. The following date range options are now available:

  • This week
  • Last week
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days

Datto SaaS Protection is now part of QBR

Datto SaaS Protection has been added to the list of modules you can select for creating reports. The report generated by Datto SaaS Protection is called SaaS Backup Status Report. The report consists of the following metrics:

  • Backup Success Rate
  • Failed Backup Rate
  • Backup Status
  • Backup Success Rate Timeline
  • Backup Coverage
  • Protected Assets
  • Endpoint Backup Health


Export device warranty lookup results to Microsoft Excel

You now have the option to export device warranty lookup results to Microsoft Excel. The exported file now preserves all custom table settings—such as sorting, filtering, and selected or hidden columns—and ensures that data types (like numbers) are correctly formatted in Excel.

This enhancement makes it easier for you to analyze and share warranty information outside of myITprocess.

Add PDF documents as separate sections in QBR reports

You can now upload a single PDF document (up to 20 MB) directly to a QBR report, manage its section in the Table of Contents, preview the PDF, and control which pages are visible via checkboxes. All custom visibility settings can be saved, and the PDF section supports renaming in the agenda. You can remove and re-upload files as needed.

myITprocess-IT Glue integration  Fixed an issue where some Datto Networking devices failed to retrieve warranty information. The sync now prioritizes the serial number present in Datto Networking for accurate recognition and reliable warranty look-ups.
Fixed an issue where devices synced from IT Glue showed incorrect warranty information in myITprocess due to conflicting data from sources. The fix ensures that the correct manufacturer and serial number are prioritized when multiple data sources are present, ensuring accurate identification and warranty retrieval for devices.
Fixed an issue where some devices syncing from IT Glue to myITprocess showed outdated or incorrect OS information despite updates in IT Glue. The fix ensures that the most accurate and recently synced OS data are displayed along with correct device records.
myITprocess-Autotask integration: True Sync for Autotask Contracts Optimized the performance of the Contracts True Sync feature within the Autotask integration. Calculations were streamlined, resulting in significantly reduced load times and improved responsiveness across relevant pages.
Executive Summary Corrected the behavior where contracts added to the Strategic Roadmap for Q1 in myITprocess did not load in the web interface. The fix ensures consistent display across both the web interface and the exported reports.
Budget Report Fixed an issue where recommendation hours were missing from Budget Reports in myITprocess for some organizations. The logic has been updated to ensure that all relevant data is displayed in the Budget Report.
