Track Alignment milestones at a glance

You can now easily identify when an alignment review was completed for your organization. On both the Alignment and Progress Reports, dates with completed alignment reviews are visually highlighted in the date picker, making it simple to track key milestones and review activity. The date highlighting appears in the date picker on both the Alignment and Progress Reports, including QBR and standalone report views. myITprocess-KaseyaOne integration

The reliability and efficiency of syncing organizations from KaseyaOne into myITprocess have been improved. This update addresses previous resource inefficiencies and manual scaling requirements. The new solution ensures all organizations are synced within 24 hours, supporting future growth and reducing operational overhead.

Enhanced Standards experience with notifications

The Standards section now delivers a more seamless and professional experience, with non-intrusive toast notifications that match the rest of the platform. This update reinforces Kaseya’s commitment to a unified and user-friendly interface.
