Overview of internal-use sections, categories, and questions

Sections, categories, and questions can be marked as Internal use only when configuring the Standards Library as the default alignment review template. Refer to Using the Standards Library.

In the list of standards, any item designated as Internal use only is marked with an orange dot .

In a review, any question designated as Internal use only displays an info icon .

Items marked as Internal use only cannot be associated with a strategic finding when the vCIO is completing their portion of the review.

By default, internal-use content does not appear on reports. This designation is intended for items that are useful for internal assessment but have little relevance to the client. Questions marked for internal use do not affect scoring. Refer to How report scoring works.

To include internal-use standards in reporting, select the Include Internal use standards checkbox in the report.
