What is a review?

A review, in the context of myITprocess, is a collection of questions that represent an organization's standards. Completing a review consists of two phases:

Phase 1: Engineer

A technical resource (Engineer) answers assigned questions in a yes/no format.

Phase 2: vCIO

Once the engineer has completed their portion of the review, a resource responsible for overseeing the client’s IT infrastructure (vCIO) evaluates the responses and assigns a value to the business risk associated with the client being out of alignment. This step is the cornerstone of the software and drives the final reporting.
