myITprocess 6.5.18.0 release notes: November 5, 2026
This release includes a new feature, bug fixes, and security improvements.
New feature
Cisco SmartNet and warranty lookup
myITprocess now automatically retrieves Cisco warranty, SmartNet coverage, and end-of-life (EOL) details using device serial numbers. This feature provides a complete, automated lifecycle management solution for your Cisco hardware.
By integrating directly with Cisco’s Support APIs, you can eliminate manual data entry, accurately track contract end dates, and proactively plan for hardware refreshes. Additionally, with IT Glue write-back enabled, your documentation stays updated automatically, ensuring you have the most accurate data for your quarterly business reviews.
How to use it
- Connect: Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations and select the Cisco tile to enter your API credentials.
- Sync: Once connected, the system identifies Cisco devices from your IT Glue configurations and retrieves hardware warranty coverage and EOL data.
- Report: View the updated dates and status badges on the Device Warranty Lookup page and exports and in QBR Hardware Warranty reports.
For detailed setup instructions, refer to Cisco integration.
Fixes
- On the Strategic Roadmap, meeting details are now displayed correctly in the Meeting History pane after you archive an initiative and remove its contract. The contract card, meeting agenda, and summary PDF show the meeting information instead of appearing blank or returning an error.
- Autotask opportunities now sync reliably for tenants with a large number of opportunities.
- Customers in the following time zones can now create meetings without facing errors:
- Alberta Standard Time
- British Columbia Standard Time
- Manitoba Standard Time
