New feature
True Sync for Autotask Contracts
By syncing Autotask contracts with myITprocess, you can consolidate contract management into a single platform, enabling seamless tracking of recurring investments. This integration enhances lifecycle visibility, safeguards revenue, and connects agreements directly to IT roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs—empowering smarter planning and more impactful QBRs.
This new automation introduces the following features to the Autotask integration:
- Centralized contract management for MSPs
- Strategic alignment with IT goals
- Revenue protection through automation
- Smarter QBRs with visual insights

Enhancements
Unified Backup Dashboard
The Unified Backup Dashboard now supports the following additional Kaseya Backup solutions:
- SaaS Protection
- Datto Endpoint Backup
- Datto Endpoint Backup for Servers
- Datto Backup for Microsoft Azure
QBR
The Status field is now optional for recommendations in Strategic Roadmap and Budget Report content in QBR reports.
Warranty Lookup
A new field, Last Logged in User synced from IT Glue, has been added to Warranty Lookup.
Ideas Portal
In the Help menu, Suggest a feature has been renamed Ideas Portal. Visit the Kaseya Ideas portal to submit an idea for myITprocess and contribute to the roadmap.

| Setup Organization | An error was displayed when IT Glue organizations were imported in bulk. |
| Strategy page | When the myITprocess instance was connected to ConnectWise, the user was intermittently seeing an Autotask section to assign the recommendation to an opportunity. |
| Setup Integrations | When myITprocess integrated with IT Glue, an Access Key Revoked error was returned. |
