Enabling Automatic User Provisioning
NAVIGATION My Account > Account Settings > KaseyaOne > Enable Automatic User Provisioning
After KaseyaOne Unified Login is enabled for the myITprocess account, you can opt for your users in KaseyaOne who are granted access to myITprocess to have their myITprocess account automatically created when they log in for the first time. This feature is known as Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning.
NOTE The user accounts that existed in myITprocess before this feature is enabled are not affected after it has been enabled.
Role mappings
With Automatic User Provisioning enabled, the new users created in myITprocess are automatically assigned roles based on their existing roles in KaseyaOne:
| KaseyaOne | myITprocess |
|---|---|
| Master | IT Provider Admin |
| Billing | vCIO |
| User | vCIO |
