How do I handle clients with multiple servers, firewalls, or sites?

Some clients may have multiple sites or multiple systems — such as servers, file servers, or firewalls — that need to be reviewed against the same standards. In these cases, you may want each item reviewed separately while still using the same organization template.

Because you cannot create multiple organization templates for a single client, you can instead copy categories within the client’s organization template and rename them for each site or system. When a category is copied, all questions within that category are duplicated as well, allowing you to review each location or system individually while maintaining the same standards.
