We are excited to announce some new features, an enhancement, and some fixes that we are launching today.

New features

Filtering by tags has been added to Alignment and Progress QBR reports

With this update, you will be able to filter data by tags that were created for Standards, selecting only the necessary ones from the list. This helps to narrow down the Categories search when generating the report.

Configuration deduplication to enhance your warranty lookup experience

We've addressed a key issue reported by users related to duplicate devices in Warranty Lookup when multiple integrations are enabled (e.g., IT Glue + SonicWall or Meraki).

  • Devices with identical serial numbers across different sources are now mapped into a single unified record.

  • The combined record aggregates device information from all connected integrations, making it easier to manage and view.

  • This change eliminates the confusion and clutter caused by duplicate entries and improves overall accuracy in device tracking.

Unified Backup Dashboard is now live in beta
