myITprocess 6.5.12.0 release notes: July 7, 2026

This release includes enhancements and bug fixes.

Enhancements

SMB1001 maturity standards now available in myITemplates

Access the full SMB1001 framework directly in the myITemplates library, including all five industry-recognized maturity levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can import the new sections, categories, and questions from myITemplates into your Standards Library, providing a standardized and scalable way to align a client's environment to their targeted maturity level without needing to manually build standards from scratch.

Refer to Using myITemplates.

Stronger password requirements

myITprocess now enforces updated password requirements when users create, change, and reset their passwords. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.

Two additional checks are now applied:

  • Passwords must not match any of the 10,000 most commonly used passwords that myITprocess screens against.
  • Passwords cannot contain character sequences derived from the user's email address.

Refer to Managing passwords.

Fixes

  • Password managers and browser autofill extensions can now reliably identify and populate the Username field on the myITprocess login page.
  • An issue that caused newly created QBR report templates to return a 404 error upon reload has been fixed.
  • Organization mappings no longer disappear after a KaseyaOne synchronization.
