myITprocess 6.5.17.0 release notes: October 20, 2026

This release includes a new feature, enhancements, bug fixes, and security improvements.

New feature

Microsoft Security Posture in QBR reports

myITprocess now brings Microsoft Secure Score and tenant security posture data into your Quarterly Business Reviews. This feature is powered by the existing IT Glue integration with Microsoft, which collects and normalizes each tenant’s security and licensing data in one place. The new Microsoft Security Posture section available in the QBR Report Builder draws on this data to deliver actionable insights, including risk areas, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement. With a single, consistent source of data across IT Glue and myITprocess, you can present a trusted, consolidated Microsoft security story in every QBR without needing to set up duplicate integrations.

Refer to Microsoft Security Posture reporting.

Enhancements

Meraki, SonicWall, and Fortinet coverage dates now sync to IT Glue

myITprocess now writes the warranty expiration and end-of-life dates for your matched Meraki, SonicWall, and Fortinet devices to IT Glue, so you no longer need to enter network device lifecycle dates by hand. The sync runs automatically every 24 hours, or you can click Sync on the Device Warranty Lookup page to push the latest dates right away.

Refer to the following sections:

Datto Networking warranty: Expiry date capped at end-of-life for lifetime subscriptions

Device Warranty Lookup for Datto Networking devices now caps the expiry date at the device's end-of-life date. For lifetime (evergreen) subscriptions on discontinued devices, the Warranty field still displays Lifetime, and the Expiry Date field now shows the end-of-life date instead of remaining blank. When a device has both a subscription end date and an end-of-life date, the Expiry Date field shows the earlier of the two. Devices without an end-of-life date are unchanged.

Fixes

  • In the Budget Report and Strategic Roadmap sections in QBR reports, statuses now consistently appear in English rather than in the selected report language.
  • Users with two-factor authentication no longer see a blank screen instead of the login page when their session expires or when they revisit the login page after signing in.
