How changes to the Standards Library are reflected in organization templates and reviews

To learn about the Standards Library and organization templates, refer to Using the Standards Library and Customizing organization templates.

Changes made in the Standards Library are reflected in organization templates in the following ways:

  • Sections: A change to a section title is immediately reflected in organization templates containing that section.
  • Categories: A change to a category title or reminder frequency is immediately reflected in organization templates containing that category.
  • Questions: A change to a question title, priority, question text, or question details is immediately reflected in organization templates containing that question.

Updates made to the Standards Library only affect new alignment reviews. Reviews that have already been opened or completed will not be modified.

When adding or editing new sections or categories, you can select which organization templates should contain the item and apply any relevant tags.

When adding new questions, they must be placed in an appropriate category. If a category is included in an organization template, all of its questions are also included, and individual questions cannot be removed from organization templates.

Archived items are removed from the Standards Library and will no longer appear in organization templates or future alignment reviews.
