New features and enhancements
Microsoft Licensing Usage Report in QBR Report Builder
The Microsoft License Usage Report is a step further to enhance existing comprehensive QBR reports. The report provides insights into Microsoft license usage. This makes sure MSP's client accounts are properly licensed, and if there are any identified gaps, the stakeholders can facilitate discussions on budgeting for additional licenses during the reporting process. This enhancement ensures better compliance, cost planning, and strategic IT management for MSP's clients.
For more information, see Microsoft Licensing Usage Report.
Business Notes in the QBR Report Builder
Business Notes in the QBR Report Builder helps MSPs bridge the gap between technical data and executive understanding — by adding human context, strategic insights, and clarity to every report.
-
Non-Technical, Business-Friendly Commentary: Craft summaries and insights in plain language to help decision-makers understand the “why” behind the metrics.
-
Rich Formatting Tools: Use text formatting, tables, and images to create polished, structured, and visually engaging business narratives.
-
Elevate Every QBR: Transform technical reports into strategic conversations by embedding clear, compelling context directly into the QBR flow.
With Business Notes, you go beyond reporting — you tell a story that drives alignment, trust, and better business decisions.

New features and enhancements
Datto Antivirus Executive Report is now a part of QBR
Antivirus metrics are populated by Datto EDR, so there is no need for the additional setup – just make sure that you have Unified Login enabled and you mapped Datto ERD organization to myITprocess organization.
Datto Antivirus Executive Report gives visibility into how effective you are protecting your client’s environment. The metrics available are the following:
-
Number of agents that have antivirus running
-
Number of alerts and quarantined files
-
Active and deployed agents timeline
-
Alerts timeline
Device Age is now added to the Device Warranty Lookup
You can now track the age of the assets and create recommendations to replace the asset based on how old it is.
